what do you think about collecting whishes of usable features for new "Navigation BETA" function?
So menion and his team knows what we want

Automatic restart of navigation after recalculation.
Example: on your route is a diversion and you have to leave the calculated route, currently navigation stop and change to guiding.
Navigation quickstart after route creation.
Example: currently you have to store the route or select "guide on" an close it, to start navigation.
Suitable icons, not only the green car:
Example: depending on creation modus of the route, a hiker, a biker or a car points the position.
Realistic time calculation basing on movement type
Example: hike 5Km/h, bike15 Km/h, car 60 Km/h, car fast 100 Km/h

I am looking forward to your additional helpful suggestions or alternative solution proposals

Export all current visible points and tracks on mapscreen

The export includes all loaded poi´s and tracks and not only the currently visible on screen of the device.
Do I misunderstand "mapscreen" in description, or is it a bug?

wenn ich mit "Route hinzufügen", diese erstellt habe, dann den grünen Haken klicke habe ich die Möglichkeit "speichern" oder "Guide on" zu wählen.
Wenn ich jetzt "Guide on" wähle und danach gleich wieder ausschalte kann ich durch Auswahl des temporären Tracks diesen mit der neuen "Navigieren BETA" Funktion nutzen.
Geht das auch ohne diesen Umweg?

while using "geocaching tools" i can draw lines and circles, but i haven´t  found posibility to hide this drawn lines.
Only workflow for me, close locus and restart

if i write in forum and discribe a function, problem ore a workaround the used buttons i have to define .
So i used in past for example "threedottbutton"
Now i saw the official definition "menue"

To avoid misunderstandings a register with all in locus used buttons would be advantageous.

the easyest way to implement an image to the cache listing is "upload image", so it is uploaded to GS and implemented as link in listing. An example you can see in one of my own caches .
See page source code GC4RJD2 line 587 and 589 also 983 "no print image.
1. depending on this structure the images are displayed twice in locus "listing/images"
2. the displayed imagesize is bigger than the devicescreen, so user have to scale down to see whole image. Is it possible to supress this behavior?

Since jet, in locus it is not possible to differentiate "premium member only caches"

• not with icon (round/square)
• not in cachediscription
• not by sorting option

Problem for basicmembers:
importing caches with "GC4L" (cgeo i do not know) all data is visible, the cache can be found , but not logged
imaginable solution in locus:
make the 3 points of the list above possible.
imaginable solution in GC4L:
fix adjustment, basicmembers can only import non "premium member only caches"

a .kmz which i import to locus looks like this:
Folder with .kml, POI-icon.png and a subfolder with images.jpg


it works fin in locus

But if i export this .kmz with locus everithing is changed 

• foldername
• subfoldername is changed from "images" to "files"
• imagefolder content is lost
• Poi-icons are renamed and moved to subfolder "files"

The exported .kmz can´t display the images !

The most Camera-apps set the Exif orientation of a portrait picture to landscape, see:

i am not a developer, but i think if you could implement this:

it doesnt matter what cameraapp is used.
During my tests i have noticed, that the stored picture in "locus/data/photo_poi" is not deleted when i delete the poi.

wird eine Hochformataufname bei Euch auch um 90° gedreht in Locus angezeigt?
In der Vorschau unter locus/daten /photo_POI stimmt die Darstellung.
Sowohl der "ES Image Browser als auch "cooliris Galerie"zeigen das Bild auch 90° gedreht an,
nur die "google Galerie" zeigt das Bild im Hochformat an.

it is not possible for me to download the cartridge with locus.
If i click in the cachelisting the link to the cartridge, wherigo page opens into locus, i am logged in on this page.
Next i click "Download" , a new Wherigo window opens and i select "Pocket PC device".
Finaly i click "Download now" but nothing happens

i found no solution, to jump back directly from the geocache detailwindow (Info/Listing/Image/Log) to the geocache basicwindow.
is it possible to insert this button

in top of the geocache detailwindow, similar the compasswindow?

loggs of importet caches over PQ show in the headline the founddate an the full name of the cachefinder
After update the cache with locus to see the newest loggs, the name is reduced because the founds of these cacher are displayed.
So i cant see clearly if this new logg is written from a friend i can call as TJ, or a unknown cacher.
In my opinion it is not necessary to see the sum of founds.

i use the Pro  V 2.15 and for testing parlalel the free/pro V 2.14.1.11
in both settings i didnot set the option "automatic update", but several times a day the freeversion is automatic updatet to the official version.
How can i stop that?

I always run Locus "as a service" and so I always have Locus available instantly, no map loading stuff etc.

verstehe ich das richtig, wenn Locus als Systemdienst läuft, sollte beim Startvorgang kein "Kartenladefenster" erscheinen :?:
Bei mir sieht das immer so aus, mit Ladefenster, sind noch zusätzliche Einstellungen notwendig?

User Gruppierung:
Registered User, dunkelblau angezeigt, ok ist selbsterklärend, diesen Status hat man gleich nach Anmeldung :mrgreen:
Premium,fett Orange
Global Moderator, fett grün
wird man für höhere "Level" vorgeschlagen/ernannt :?:

User Rang:
ich nehme mal an, das hängt mit den Posts zusammen, doch bei welcher Postanzahl wechselt der Rang?
