Hi pere,
when I look on your images in detail, it looks like on second screenshot it different map with different map theme and also no existing POI database. To have points clickable, it's needed to use LoMaps with downloaded point database or use any alternative MapsForge based map but again with attached points database.

so new Beta version is out. Suggest to delete existing "Presets" (if you will try this feature again), so you have better feel of whole setup workflow :). Otherwise thanks all for a valuable feedback. I cannot satisfy everyone, but I at least try to find something ... between.

Troubles & Questions / Re: Locus Mock-GPS App
« on: January 25, 2017, 14:33:59 »
Good day Alexander,
I'm surprise that using "Bluetooth GPS" application this does not work as expected. Anyway it needs to work like this using 3rd party application, otherwise you won't be able to use external GPS for more applications.

You wrote that you have to hit "center button" all the time. So you see blue circle/arrow on map (your GPS location) and tap on "center" button just center map on this point and do not keep "centering button" enabled (blue background)?

Perfect, glad to hear it! For me it looks like some problem on Google Drive side, anyway issue should be handled in Locus no matter what happen. I'll try to improve it little bit. Biggest problem anyway seems to be, that Locus loads Drive directory even that you do not need it. I'll have to rewrite this "File browser" to something similar that I made to "Search screen" few months ago, where only single page is loaded/visible at once.

Ah it's coming ... last night of year :). Well, it's ... sixth year since start of our work on Locus Map, nice. To be true, I'm often surprised, that You all had enough patience to stay active and nice to me and others, for all these years. You have my big thanks, because no matter what some of you something think (like "he never do important topics from help desk" or "he lives in lowland area only" etc. :) ), your support and feedback has really major influence on app itself. Without you, I should probably already work in some software company where after eight hour of work, tradááá home with clear head :).

Anyway, Thanks! and see You all next year. I have partially done a few interesting things, but none is finished, so I hope, this year will be good for some completion ...

@john_percy : John I'm sorry, it is one of many smaller issues that Locus has with "full screen" mode. Even after all these years, I was not able to find out how to solve it ..

Troubles & Questions / Re: Heartrate no longer works in dashboard
« on: December 27, 2016, 18:30:52 »
Hello Christian,
yep, it's small "stupidity" in Locus Map. "GPS location" is a carrier of many information and also of heart rate values, so GPS needs to run to make dashboard fully working.

Happy new coming year to You too! And also big thanks for quick and perfect translations!

Hello my dear and patience friends,

seems that it's two months since last version. I've probably completely forget to publish new version sooner, funny.

Anyway after two days of testing, it's finally uploading into Google Play. List of changes is quite nice (and long) and even that there aren't any huge changes, there is many smaller and I believe that everybody find something useful there. At least I hope.

Have a nice last days of this year, I'm preparing for bug-fix version (that simply have to come after such changelist) and then really awaits some free days, so excuse me :).

And thanks for help and intensive testing even during winter!

@gynta: hmm not sure I understand. Topics are marked as read when you tap on them to open in browser or when you tap on an eye in top right corner of post.

@Bucky Kid: I've already read about similar problems, have to check it, thanks.

@michaelbechtold: thanks for test with rings. Generally they are all incorrect. These rings should be on normal online/vector maps elipses, and not real circles. It is not visible for small distances, but for distances more then100km , this should be visible a lot. Also because of this, I see no sense in values above 100km. I've anyway added at least 200m ring.

@cokeman: not sure how may I help you. I've downloaded attached gpx file and filled values with SRTM 3'' downloaded over Locus and values are in range -5% / +2.5% , so it looks a lot better. MAybe a source of your 1'' isn't as accurate as you think? :).

Troubles & Questions / Re: no voice during navigation simulation
« on: October 31, 2016, 09:57:09 »
What does it do? When you have disabled GPS, then there is logically no detected movement. If you then start navigation, movement is based on your movement on map center cross anyway still no speed. And this settings say, that when GPS is off, speed of your map center movement will be define value. And because almost everything in navigation is around your speed, Locus needs it to compute voice TTS announcements.

Guys, I'm glad you find new interface for BRouter useful. I was worried that this solution will be hardly to understand and also Petr with Michal was little "angry" for what I again did, anyway for now I've found it as best what I can do. So enjoy it, it won't be worst :)

@Bango903: hard to help, please read here, mainly part about creating logs. With such vauge description, there is nothing I may do.

@Joachim Buhl: we are talking here about manually clicked route where these via-points are on places where you clicked? This will be changed in next version next week.

Hi guys, version is out ...
this was looongest time between two major versions ever, I think. Hope list of news will have something interesting for everyone.
Thanks also for a valuable feedback, just please criticize (constructively), but don't take example from joeloc above and crtiticize at least few days before planned release. Better as soon as you discover any problem.

EDIT: ah! and thanks @gynta for neverending updates of first post with published versions. I almost always forget to update it :).
