Thanks for the log. Unfortunately, there are just some generic errors that most probably do not caused crash of the app. Hmm, this is complicated. May you please try to create a big system log with this method right after the crash happens? Ideally, register a time when this happened.

this is very interesting. Until a few months ago, all crucial features required "All the time" permission. And a few months ago, I've changed the system for the track recording a little, so this one now DOES NOT require this permission.
But all other features that may run in the background > guiding, Live-tracking, POI alert, stabilised GPS and probably some others, require "All the time".

Sure. I'm using "Hike and Bike", as you can see (in German it's Alle Funktionen -> Karten und Werkzeuge -> Thema der Karte): "Wandern und Radfahern" means hike and bike.
. It's true, it seems like my newest map (Malta) works in a normal way. However I don't see why I should update maps I hardly use like Italy North or Germany.

předně díky za podporu a pochopení našich kroků! A ještě o něco více, že jsi si našel čas k sepsání těch bodů ...
1. tohle je velký "fail" na mé straně. Následek změny kterou jsem dělal už před třemi měsíci a nechápu, že to doteď nikdo nenahlásil. Díky díky! Opraveno. Ten plugin na tohle nemám vliv, to vše je na straně Locus Map.
Opravku jsem zatím neplánoval, ale uvidíme. Nicméně určitě bude přinejhorším v pátek Beta verze (link v mém podpisu pod příspěvkem).
2. Navádění > oki, přidáno jako další z možností pro vlastní tlačítko na spodním panelu kešky
3. link na web > zobrazuje se u některých přímo nově importovaných v apce? Pokud si dobře pamatuju, ten link by tam vůbec být neměl. Pokud tam je, dával bych to za vinu kešce importované z GeoGetu, kde link je a který se zachová i při updatu kešky v Locusu Map.

[CZ&SK] - diskuze o Locusu / Geocaching - LM3 vs LM4

Po více než deseti letech používání LM3 (zejména pro geocaching - s LM3 naloveno odhadem minimálně 5000 kešek) mě plánovaný konec podpory LM3 konečně dokopal k tomu, abych si (zatím vedle LM3) nainstaloval i LM4 (teď verze 4.22.2) a zakoupil předplatné Gold. Na rozdíl od spousty "fňukalů" rád přispěju na vývoj - chápu, že stávající model jednorázové platby za LM3 byl pro rozsah prací, které děláte, neudržitelný.
Zaznamenal jsem řadu stížností na změněné uživatelské rozhraní. Ano, i pro mě je to nezvyk. Ale zatím si chci nechat víc času na to, abych se objektivně pokusil hodnotit, zda je to změna k horšímu či lepšímu.
Mám ale hned pro začátek několik položek, které opravdu pociťuju jako citelné zhoršení, možná ale vznikají jen tím, že zatím nemám LM4 pro svoje potřeby optimálně nastaven:
1) Při hromadném importu keší přes nástroj "Hledat geocache" nelze hromadně zatrhnout, že chci keše ve složce přepsat tak, aby se mě třeba 100x opakovaně neptal!
Pracuju totiž tak, že cca 1x za měsíc si externím nástrojem (GeoGet) stáhnu hromadně všechny neodlovené keše v širším okolí svých domovských souřadnic. Výstup pak (mimo jiné) naimportuju z GPX do složky Locusu. To mi slouží jako záloha, pokud se někde pohybuju v místě bez mobilního signálu (pořád taková v přírodě jsou!!!). Když někam vyrážím většinou si (pokud jsou mobilní data) třeba nejbližších 100 keší aktualizuju přímo v Locusu. V LM3 na toto používám plugin, který tam toto velmi důležité zatržítko má. V LM4 musím 100x potvrdit, že opravdu chci každou keš aktualizovat. To je velmi otravné!
2) Při výběru konkrétní keše na mapě nejde (? nebo ano) LM4 nastavit tak, abych na jeden další stisk dal funkci "Navádět sem".
Přitom, to je při keškolovu jednoznačně nejpoužívanější funkce, kterou kačer "jede" pořád dokola. Ano, nastavil jsem si tři rychlá tlačítka pro geocaching (dal jsem si tam "Kontextové menu", "Nápovědu" a "Zalogovat návštěvu", ale ani tam se přímo "Navádět sem" zvolit nedá.
Poznámka: Je fajn, že tam alespoň (stejně jako v LM3) zůstalo to, že probíhající navádění lze ukončit dlouhým stiskem panelu nahoře.
3) Proč se možnost přímo otevřít listing keše v externím prohlížeči jako příslušnou webovou stránku www.geocaching.com neobjevuje v sekci "Odkazy" u všech keší, ale jen u některých?
(Ááá - teď vidím, že přes rozkliknutí části "Kód", mám asi možnost přes "Otevřít v prohlížeči" zobrazit listing každé keše
- pak ale nechápu, proč je to jen u některých dole ještě jednou??!!)

Hier tritt es auch sporadisch auf, das der Standort einfach stehen bleibt.
Zudem hinkt bei mir der Standort hinterher.
Beim mir hilft, sofern ich es gleich merke, den Standort kurz zu deaktivieren und wieder zu aktivieren.
Dadurch entsteht naürlich eine gerade Linie und verfälscht die Statistik.
Es muss definitv mit Android 16 und nicht mit der App (tritt auch in komoot oder mapy auf) zutun haben, denn bei anderen Samsung Geräten mit Android 15 und niedriger läuft es ohne Unterbrechung durch.
Das Verhalten tritt auch auf, wenn man eine andere App während des Trackings öffnet, die Zugriff auf den Standort haben möchte und zuvor noch keine Berechtigung hatte. Gewährt man diese, bleibt in Locus Map ebenfalls der Standort stehen.
Irgendwie schon ärgerlich und man kann nur hoffen, das es dafür ein Update oder Workaround gibt.

Just random tiles, streets, ways, rivers, contour lines, ... stand and end on the borders of these tiles. Currently, Locus is impossible to use for me. I hope, I'll get an answer (even better, a fix) for this problem soon.

I'm using Locus Map since almost 10 years. Currently I have a Samsung Galaxy S24+ with Android version 16. Locus Map version 4.32.2.
I have many offline maps downloaded during the past years, e.g. France (north) LoMaps 2017.03.14, France (south) LoMaps 2018.05.22, Switzerland - Lo Maps 2017.07.22, Austria - LoMaps 2017.06.09, Luxembourg - LoMaps 1018.08.11, Belgium - LoMaps 2018.08.11, Netherlands - LoMaps 2018.08.11, Czech republic - LoMaps 2025.12.06, England - LoMaps 2025.12.06, Scotland - LoMaps 2023.09.05, and many more.
I'm living in the area of Germany South. Today I noticed that the whole Germany South area was grey - showing no map. At some zoom level at least some city names were displayed. Then I have deleted my offline versions for Germany North and South and have downloaded my old versions from 2017 again. Germany South remained grey and in Germany North at different zoom levels the map tiles don't fit together any more. Then I have deleted this again and have bought and downloaded the newest versions of the Germany (north) - LoMaps 2025.12.06 and Germany (south) - LoMaps 2025.12.06. This is working fine.
My newer existing maps for Czech republic, Scotland, and England still are ok. Also the borders between the newer maps are shown correctly, when I move from one country to the other.
But all older maps from 2017 and 2018 are not working any more. The tiles do not fit together and for example cities of Italy are shown mixed with France. Also the new German map is not working correctly, when I move to the border near a country for which I have an older map. Then I also get a mix of tiles.
Do I have to delete all my older maps and to buy never versions?
Or is there a chance to fix this?
