Troubles & Questions / Re: Licensing errors
May 25, 2011, 14:09:56
Well, after installing 1.8.3 yesterday, I ran it (also yesterday) and did a few operations with Wifi on, all worked ok. Today I ran the application and after using it for a few secs I received the same message with the only exception that it allows me to use Free version. So a bit better but not solved yet.

I bought it on the Market, I don't have problem with any other application. My phone is HTC Gratia (very good choice by the way). Isn't it possible that if there is no internet connection the validation failes?

Well, one more comment, I actually haven't bought too many applications, only 2, so saying "no problem with any other" is not really reliable  :D

Troubles & Questions / Locus Pro Licence Issue
April 20, 2011, 11:32:12
Hi,
I bought full version of Locus some time ago and from time to time I have a weird problem. During work (usually not immediately on startup of Locus) the application tells me I have to buy a full version (I can only Close or Buy, nothing else). The solution is that I turn on the Wifi and restart but what if this happens when I am outside without a Wifi??? This is very unpleasant and should be solved.

   Thanks, David

Troubles & Questions / sabotage of the compass
March 29, 2011, 15:57:42
Hi,
I have already bought the full version, thanks for great work!

However, from time to time it happens that my compass does not direct me to the right place. It points somehwere else from where the geocache actually is (usually about 90 degrees wrong). The distance is correct, when I rotate the phone the arrow turns much slower then how it should so to me it seems like there is something wrong with the logic behind or the calibration (?). I tried to find some set of steps to do to be able to duplicate the issue but I did not find anything reliable, nevertheless it happens quite often. And by the way, the arrow on the map is correct so when this happens I have to turn off the compass, use map to get close to the point and then pray to find the place just by the distance information. Does it happen to someone else as well? Any idea what the solution could be?

Ps: I also tried to turn the compass off and on which had no effect. Turning the application off however solves the issue.

Declined / Re: Small arrow on map for navigating

I don't see an option that would allow showing both at the same time.

Declined / Small arrow on map for navigating
March 24, 2011, 12:46:58
Would it be possible to add an option that would turn on a small compass in a corner on the map screen? For geocaching I need to see both the map and the compass as well as I am approaching the point. The compass could be just small ideally with distance from the target. In my old application I solved it this way (see attached picture) - design is ugly in comparison with Locus but you will get the point...

Implemented / Beep on GPS signal
March 24, 2011, 12:41:37
Sometimes it takes long to get the GPS position, can the application beep and vibrate when the position is received? It would save a lot of time consumed by staring at the display... :D

Can you please add an information how to safely replace the free version with the paid one? I would like to keep all the maps and points.
