Hi,

the teal color of the display and direction marker is hard to read against the background, especially light green wooded areas. And that's where I typically hike.
That said, I can see it fine with my reading glasses, but during hikes I don't want to put on glasses and the display is otherwise good enough so I can read it without glasses.
It would be nice to be able to change the color.

Also, POIs render above the teal text, which shouldn't be the case.

Hi
the color, line size text size and values you can set in
settings > guidance > appearence

the line's style in settings > expert settings
https://docs.locusmap.app/doku.php/manual:advanced:customization:config#navigation_guidance

POIs are always displayed in the top layer, so guiding line is sometimes hidden ::)

That doesn't change the display of the bearing and distance. But I managed to enable the guide which I never used before.

Expert settings work. There I can change the colors mentioned.

Thx. Didn't even know those existed.

And the POI should never be over the UI. That is a bug.

Hi guys,

it does look like a bug, but unfortunately, I'm unable to do it better now. Points are floating above the map, respecting the rotation precisely and also a possible tilt of the map. This is not the case for the guidance line. And because of this, it needs to be drawn directly on the map tiles. Sorry.
