Notification on points within a track

Since Locusmap can merge points with tracks during import and create points within a track I did not use points folder anymore. All my points are inside my tracks. I use these POIs intensively. Like this

But I can not use the feature 'point notification' in folders so I miss POIS very often.
It is possible to create a notification for waypoints? (not wpt for navigation) equal to notification for folders: sound and distance can be changed.

Yes.
I missed the part "also of all non-navigational waypoints that are not included in a route".
