Hi

I'm currently doing a trip in morocco and i noticed a problem with track navigation.

When i leave the track and re join later, locus doesn't update de track navigation and keeps pointing to te last point before i leave the track. In addiction, it doesn't give any orientation and a big question mark is all i get.
The only way to solve this is to select the track again and start navigation again.

In fact, as i'm doing off road 4x4 i really don't want any recalculation but only some guidance getting back to the track and, when on track again, get the navigation instrutions and calculations back again.

Can locus do that? Is there some settings i have to change in the app to get it?

Thanks. All the help will be appreciated

With the right settings, Locus should do exactly what you want.

Check the settings under Navigation:

Do you want a recalculation if you deviate x metres from the route or just guidance (arrow line) back to the route?

If the latter, then to where you left it or to the next track point in the direction of your destination? See screenshots:

Thank you for your help.

I think that for my case it's better to use orientation than navigation. I imported some tracks from garmin gpx and i don't want recalculation as i need to drive as close as i can to the track.

I used orientation and i got precisely what i wanted: guidance to the point closer to my position. It worked perfectly...
