How to change default for hiking profile (route planner)

Sorry, but is there any possibility to change the default speed of the hiking profile. Cannot find it.
Default is 4.5km/hour which is too fast for me and gives me wrong estimations of walking time.
Where to change it - or: how to define a new profile for hiking?
