Importing external map as an overlay

Hello everyone,

My city shares an up-to-date map of dedicated bike lanes. I'd like to import it as an overlay to Locus.

But I don't know how to do it, those custom maps are a bit over my head. Could someone look at the linked map and tell me if I can somehow import it?
