KMZ image as map overlay
« on: July 09, 2020, 23:14:31 »
Hi there :)
I prepared KMZ map with Orthophoto (approx 5MB). It is working OK with MORE FUNCTIONS/MAP ITEMS

or if i import KMZ (running from filemanager) map (tiles) appears in DATA/IMPORT

But i expected that it should work with Additional layers/Map overlay where i expected be able to choose my KMZ map too (but it offers only online or offline maps).
I guess that i can stear opacity , but it is probably not intended to work this way?

Hi,
Locus Map does not consider KML as a map, never. It may contain more than a map so MapItems is the best way. To control the visibility of this GroundOverlay feature of KML format (a raster images), use the "Active items" feature.
