@balloni55: seems you used custom definition for download, right? In this case, may you please send me your file "/Locus/cache/init/mapDownloadConfig.lcf" , thank you!
"Quick measure" really do not disappear after / sec? Ah damn, issue, fixed ... thanks

@gynta: problem with word "detailed" is from your point of view zoom level , which is too low? Zoom level 15 is equal to something like paper map in 1:40k, which is more then good for cycling and commonly used for hiking. Details in this case should be more in number of details and not directly in zoom level. Anyway precise comparison should be done by more skilled people in cartography then me. Maybe @voldapet?
@Andrew Heard : ah links, thanks, missing "http://" at start of some links. Correct one should be here:
http://help.locusmap.eu/topic/scale-on-the-graphic . Anyway well .. I first thought about "declining" of this idea, later I said why not over config, it takes a while. In the end I spend on it half a day and I really do not wants to invest more time into this

. Three votes after an year? Not too important I believe, thanks for understanding.
@0709 : Willy I'm sorry, but I'm completely lost in your post. New change cause only a simple thing ...
- start "add new route & measure"
- add points (or let Locus compute route between them). All points remains by default "green"
- save track
> result, no "via points", so recalculate feature compute new track to your finish (last points of track)
or
- start "add new route & measure"
- add points (or let Locus compute route between them). Points that are important for you > tap on them to change to "blue" Via points
- save track
> result, "via points" are visible as icon on new route, so recalculate feature compute new track to your next nearest via point or finish (last points of track)
If you case about some places, use this new "via point" system, otherway stay stick with basic planning as before. Simple and useful I believe.
