How is this possible?

I normally use whole country maps (p.e. for Germany). To test somthing I loaded the Bayern.map from Locus store.
1. I see a nice feature first time (at least for me) it shows the name tag of some pois if this poi is under the center cross.

2. Now I searched for Hamburg without changing the map and I see no streets but pois from Hamburg? How is it possible. I don´t´have a bayern.poi.db or hamburg.poi.db. Does Locus use the germany.poi.db, even it´s in another directory? And why are the poi symbols from the used theme?

A bit confused  :o

1. POI symbols are always from current theme. Reason for this is that active POI's on map should be placed over existing POI symbols in map, so it's looks well.

2. One explanation should be that Locus has on background loaded also map of whole germany (if you have germany POI db on card) so it tries to get data from germany POI db). Maybe
