It's a known issue with Locus Store maps. The problem occurs elsewhere as well, but the following edit solves it.
In V-Scale2_Pure.xml, find (near the start of the file)

Code Select Expand

<rendertheme xmlns="http://mapsforge.org/renderTheme" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
xsi:schemaLocation="http://mapsforge.org/renderTheme ../renderTheme.xsd" version="1" map-background="#ffffff">
and change to

Code Select Expand

<rendertheme xmlns="http://mapsforge.org/renderTheme" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"

hey, thanks for that ! is this a universal theme fix, or just V-Scale_Pure  ?

At least for the 'classic map'  theme this also helps.

AFAIK, this is a correct for all themes. It is needed when using Locus Store maps, but is only compatible with the Locus apps (Pro and Free).

Yours V-Scale theme makes blue area on Locus Store Poland map on my Galaxy S5, but works fine with Poland OpenAndroMaps map, any tips?
