SImple HTTP Proxy support

It would be great to relay Locus traffic through HTTP proxy.
Ofcourse SOCKS proxy would be very appreciated, but not so important.

Some GSM operators compress images (lossy compression) before download, so such a proxy could be used to tunnel Locus connections, both for encryption, and for lossless compression.
