Two (small) problems with "locus actions"

This is a developer bug report not an user bug report ... I hope it's right here:

1. Locus Map doesn't supports path names with uppercase characters:

This works:
<a href="locus-actions://http/www.easyclasspage.de/maps/files/beta5/locus_install_theme_freizeitkarte.xml">

This doesn't work (BETA5 instead of beta5):
<a href="locus-actions://http/www.easyclasspage.de/maps/files/BETA5/locus_install_theme_freizeitkarte.xml">

2. Locus Map doesn't deletes all temporary files:

E.g. after downloading and unzipping "freizeitkarte.zip" there is a file "freizeitkarte.zipT" with 0 bytes.
The action for "freizeitkarte.zip" was "<after>extract|deleteSource</after>".

so tested

1. isn't problem on your server? because

http://www.easyclasspage.de/maps/files/beta5/locus_install_theme_freizeitkarte.xml - works
http://www.easyclasspage.de/maps/files/BETA5/locus_install_theme_freizeitkarte.xml - not work

tested simply in firefox

2. ah I think this should be solved since some 2.17.0 or something like this. Or is this happen still?
