POI near track or in area

Is it possible to make locus show only POI that are located on/near a track or inside an area?

For example during a long car trip it would be nice to see only the restaurants/petrol stations along the track or inside an area. I only know how to show all of those POI but then there are sooo many and the map will slow down.

Hi Sandra,

Have a look at this page:
http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php/manual:screens:poi_screen

First, center the map on the area you want.
Then use button 6 to sort your points or tracks by distance to the map center.
After that you use button 5 to select the first 50, 100 or 150 points or tracks.

This is just a static workaround. If you want to do this dynamically, like "always show the first 50 points around my actual position from this category" you should post an idea on https://getsatisfaction.com/locus
