I started to use Locus to edit google my maps. I saw some problems

1) Some of the original google maps icons are not available in locus, so I can not select them when adding a new place to my map. Locus shows only the second line of markers as seen on https://maps.gstatic.com/intl/en_us/map ... /iconm.png . Could you please add the dotted versions on the first line?

2) Locus does not display the markers on the map correctly. Some places are shown with a small blue dot only in Locus, even though it is shown with the first marker on https://maps.gstatic.com/intl/en_us/map ... /iconm.png when I view the map using a desktop computer via web browser.

3) Locus does not allow editing the title and description of places in my maps. The only way is to delete the place and read and write from the beginning, which is troublesome. Could you please add a menu to edit the title and description?

Hello Duncan,
with Google My Maps it's a problem. I already wrote it few times somewhere

When I created this feature, before more then two years it works fine and Google supported it. Unfortunately after a while Google ended support for this feature http://googlegeodevelopers.blogspot.cz/ ... ement.html . At first, they wanted to completely remove it anyway after a lot of people wrote them, they remain this function (My Maps for developers) untouched.

Anyway every developmnet is quite complicated because few features do not work correctly and there is no chance that it may be fixed in future. I also do not know a day when this stop works completely, so I do not have much taste to improve My Maps support any more. Hope you understand

Google says that "Google Maps Engine Lite" will replace "Google my maps". Will locus support viewing and editing maps created by Google Maps Engine Lite?
