Getting social?

Hi,

I was wondering if it would be a good idea to have some social networking in Locus?
There are several location based services...
- Facebook
- Foursquare
- Latitude
- Twitter
- many others

What do you think? Is it getting too complex with this?

In my opinion, the world is already "too social"! It seems like every app must have some kind of social feature nowadays and it's getting a bit too much.

Menion makes another app re. geocaching, and that is social in its nature.
