Tools / bound a route with ioverlander points

Hi,
I just downloaded a gpx containing all the ioverlander points of a country. It's already very good but I think it's too much information on my map and it's not optimal. I want to display ioverlander points, for example within a radius of 1 km from my route.
Do you think there is a tool in locus map or elsewhere to perform this operation?
