Btw schould I see myself as icon from live tracking or as standard gps cursor (now I see as cursor)?

Hi,
Once I saw few members in Czech but can't see my friends in Poland using Locus Tracking. Do I need any ID or something ?
I have ver. 3.16.0, my friend too and we can't see each other on the map. I choose settings - live tracking - add locus live tracking (filling nickname, message, icon ect) and Start. Cant see myself on the map and my friends too.
Maybe I left any step ??
