Still the same, not possible to plan any route with own POIs on Laptop

Hello, there is a problem by planning a route in the webversion with own POIs.

I can plan a hiking route with my own POIs without any problem and save it. If i open the planned route, it shows the route like i planned it, no problem till then.

But if i will edit the route, all trackpoints which are my own POIs are located in the north of London.

The difference between picture 11 and 2 are only, that i open the route by editing. If i add an existing waypoint to the route like a picnic table or a guidepost, then this single waypoint will be shown correct in the editing screen, but all own POIs are settled near London.

Ok i understand, but it was definitly possible in the webplanner, i planned 50 routes that way and everytime it worked. My own POIs are hiking stamp places in central germany and they are nearly all off the track.

I reproduced my example from one post earlier, but now i don't take the POI which is called "HWN 138 - Braunseck", instead i took a random point on the map which is a little bit more off track than my own POI, and then it worked like 2 weeks ago with my own POIs and created a route in the near of the point and not just a straight red line.

The 2nd pic is a closer look and that special point. The blue point is my own POI, where it is not possible to create a route, but the random "Point 4" more off track is possible.

Hello,

that's an example of a planned route. Point 1-4 and point 6 are POIs from the map, i can add them to the route and there will be an automatic hiking route from point to point. But Point 5 is my own Point and therefore it cannot create a route to or from this point, only a direct red line. 1-2 weeks ago it was no problem with these points i add manually, but now it won't create a route. I tried it on different browsers, with 2 different computers and with new manually added POIs, everytime the same result like in the picture.

The fact with "move points closer to the paths" was no problem a few days ago, i created 50 routes in that way, no matter where the points are located on the map, but now it's not possible.

I tried it again and it tells me, that i have to move the points closer to the paths. But a couple days ago it wasn't a problem. The POIs are exact locations for points for Hiking stamps

Hello again, now it's possible again to edit the route, but now it's not possible to plan a route with own POIs.

It's not possible to add more than one own POIto the route.

When i add an existing POI like a bench or something and then i add my own POI, it's not creating a hiking route, only a direct red line wrong one point to the next.

I can add as much existing POIs as i want, but if i add one own POI, then it's not possible to add an exisitng or an own POI anymore.

Hello all,

i have a problem with editing my existing hiking routes on the web app.

I open a route and then press the "Edit" button -> then "Open in Planner". After that, i see the first and the last waypoint, like everyone else, like this:

But when i click on "Show waypoints" i get only this view of them:

So it's impossible to edit the route. I've tried different browsers, but it's the same everytime. Problem exists since a few days, before everything was fine.

I hope somebody can help me.

Best regards
