Hello all,

i have a problem with editing my existing hiking routes on the web app.

I open a route and then press the "Edit" button -> then "Open in Planner". After that, i see the first and the last waypoint, like everyone else, like this:

But when i click on "Show waypoints" i get only this view of them:

So it's impossible to edit the route. I've tried different browsers, but it's the same everytime. Problem exists since a few days, before everything was fine.

I hope somebody can help me.

Best regards

Hello, already reported and I believe, my colleague should be working on it.

Hello again, now it's possible again to edit the route, but now it's not possible to plan a route with own POIs.

It's not possible to add more than one own POIto the route.

When i add an existing POI like a bench or something and then i add my own POI, it's not creating a hiking route, only a direct red line wrong one point to the next.

I can add as much existing POIs as i want, but if i add one own POI, then it's not possible to add an exisitng or an own POI anymore.

Tested with V1.55.1: I can add any combination of own & Locus points into a web route.

I tried it again and it tells me, that i have to move the points closer to the paths. But a couple days ago it wasn't a problem. The POIs are exact locations for points for Hiking stamps

There were no changes in the router itself. Could you please provide a link to the route that does not work or at least a screenshot where this problem is visible? Thanks

Hello,

that's an example of a planned route. Point 1-4 and point 6 are POIs from the map, i can add them to the route and there will be an automatic hiking route from point to point. But Point 5 is my own Point and therefore it cannot create a route to or from this point, only a direct red line. 1-2 weeks ago it was no problem with these points i add manually, but now it won't create a route. I tried it on different browsers, with 2 different computers and with new manually added POIs, everytime the same result like in the picture.

The fact with "move points closer to the paths" was no problem a few days ago, i created 50 routes in that way, no matter where the points are located on the map, but now it's not possible.

I've reproduced your issue. The error just means the routing engine has no information to connect to a point not on a "way"; in my screencap #3. The webplanner does not support direct/ manual track sections. You can however plan your route to an off-way point from Android.

Ok i understand, but it was definitly possible in the webplanner, i planned 50 routes that way and everytime it worked. My own POIs are hiking stamp places in central germany and they are nearly all off the track.

I reproduced my example from one post earlier, but now i don't take the POI which is called "HWN 138 - Braunseck", instead i took a random point on the map which is a little bit more off track than my own POI, and then it worked like 2 weeks ago with my own POIs and created a route in the near of the point and not just a straight red line.

The 2nd pic is a closer look and that special point. The blue point is my own POI, where it is not possible to create a route, but the random "Point 4" more off track is possible.
