Latest Classic update activates Vectormaps in backup

I recently installed ClassicGooglePlay_3.70.20_1140_release.apk over the link in Menions posts from Gdrive.
My autobackup then included all my vectormaps, about 40gB. Took ages to finish offcourse. I normally have around 260 mB as backup size.

I found out that in the backup settings there is a new option to include these maps.
I am sure I never selected this because the option was not there in 3.70.19.

I think a new release/bug version should not pré-select such an option!!

I see now there is a new version 3.70.21 Is there a version report somewhere? Thank you.

hmm, you are right. This was an unfortunate change (enabled by default) that passed into the Locus Classic version. Please uncheck it and I'll change the default for the next version. Thanks.

Well, not too many victims apparently since it was quiet here.
No harm done and we are still planning the upgrade to Locus 4.
