4th, while I am at it - when using search function in folders which shows nearest points, sorted by nearest, selecting 2000, sometimes even 1000, it often shows this message (screenshot added). The message stays even when I select wait and the points have already been shown.
The only solution is to close and reopen the app.
Not always, I tried the same points now after restarting the app and though it shown the message (I selected WAIT), it didnt show it again.

I expected this kind of reply. First, the problem I am encountering is not that it takes longer, but that it gives the error message which sets the app (or phone) in a kind of vicious cycle of the endless message long after they are shown.

Second, in a big cities, I will use an example of Prague because it is familiar to me, 1000 caches around a point (Václavák) is rougly 4.5km radius, which is barely enough to create a day trip. If I include lab caches, which are very dense in the big cities, then we are on 1.5km or 2km radius for 1000 points.

Thirdly, these explanationa are moot, the option to select nearest saved points, to select 1000 or even 2000, it is there in Locus and should work.

Edit: Fourth, if you have all your points in 1 folder, it is easy to just use the folder's "display first X points". But if you habe the points sorted by folders, for example a)lookout towers b)castles c)climbing caches d)anything
Then you have to use "nearest points" feature.
