Locus Map 4.35.0.5
   - fix: track line coloured by speed, slope, heart rate or power drew a straight connector across two adjacent breaks
   - fix: (SILVER) Bosch e-bike (Smart System) now shows up when adding an e-bike sensor, and Locus starts the Bluetooth pairing itself instead of requiring it to be set up beforehand

Draw a route in route planner -> call guidance from within route planner -> 'guide reversely' is hidden in settings by default  -> start guidance -> stop guidance -> track is gone.

Guide reversely is not a setting. Its an option and should not be hidden.

Track should stay in Route Planner as long as not deleted by the user.

Nit fixed: changes to the elevation threshold (slider). Here, you still need to close and reopen the panel to see the change.

I can confirm that.
But I've just noticed that the settings dialogue is freezing. For example, if I change the speed by moving the slider, the change isn't applied until I close and reopen the settings dialogue. The same applies to the other parameters.

Hello Menion,

please bring back the manual colourfunction of gradient/slope in the route planner. Grey is the only colour I see in flatlands. I don't like to plan anymore, because the route in grey is nearly unvisible in flatlands. I've always set it to 5 percent and every small hill was visible. But now I don't like this formerly beloved function anymore. Hopefully this is possible in the updated route planner.

Také se přimlouvám přidat možnost nastavení zobrazení sklonu tak jako to bylo dřív.
Měl jsem nastaveno přebarvovování šipek až od 4%. Zajímá mně pouze zobrazení větších stoupání na trase.
To, že pojedu po rovině nebo budu klesat je pro mne nepodstatný údaj.

you miss here my answers, sorry. The issue in the route planner parameters is fixed, the rest isn't. Will look at it next week.

Meanwhile, I've tried to finalise some tasks, and here is a little longer result:

Version 4.35.0.6 (4.9.2026)
   - add: (SILVER) step counter — Locus can now count your steps using the phone itself, no extra sensor needed
   - add: step count is now included in exported FIT files
   - chg: Bosch e-bike support is temporarily unavailable — Bosch has since published its data interface, and it needs a different way of connecting than we first built, so we are reworking it
   - add: guidance and navigation panel fields can now show any dashboard value, including remaining elevation gain and loss
   - add: a third value field in the guidance and navigation panel when the screen is wide enough, e.g. in landscape
   - add: augmented reality view now also shows nearby places from the LoPoints service, so summits and landmarks are named even when they are not on the map
   - add: augmented reality view warns when something nearby is bending the compass reading, or when the compass needs calibrating
   - fix: points in the augmented reality view now stay on the place they mark - on some phones they were spread up to a third too wide
   - fix: points in the augmented reality view no longer lag behind the camera image while you turn the phone
   - fix: a nearer point in the augmented reality view is now drawn over a more distant one behind it

   - add: any point can now be shown in the augmented reality view - pick it from the point's navigation menu and it stands out there the way a guidance target does
   - chg: points in the augmented reality view shrink more gradually with distance, so distant places no longer all appear the same size
   - chg: navigation and guidance notifications now have their own channel, so their sound and importance can be set separately
   - fix: crash because of removed Bosch bike support
   - fix: the distance to the next turn no longer stretches down the whole navigation panel
   - fix: (GOLD) Android Auto navigation no longer shows two notifications on the phone
   - fix: (GOLD) a paired watch no longer buzzes every second during Android Auto navigation
   - fix: queued downloads and sync now resume when you reopen the app

GC "Live" map now does not display my caches correctly. They do not have the "sun" icon, but are displayed with the regular icon. Found caches are displayed correctly with the "smile" icon.
Same when using Geocaching4Locus.

Had a bad end of a ride yesterday
Some Versions ago Locus started some strange behavior and let disappear all the icons from the bars
After a app restart all icons appeared again - most of the time.
Yesterday on a very long ride using Locus with guidance all the icons disappeared, the guidance box up left disappeard, the track colors were gone, the arrow pointer was gone, mostly no dashboards, the map rotation was unpredictable, the map did not move when driving, no tap possible nowhere, the track was flickering the whole time, the whole app was not usable anymore. Multiple restarts of the app and even the phone did not solve the problem. So of course I missed a couple of turns, did some extra miles and lost a lot of time and the good mood
There were no crashes of the app, behaviour of the rest of the phone was normal.

My suspicion is that there is an issue with lack of memory or memory overflow in LM. Since the introduction of the new graphs in track details and i.e. the new window for guidance, LM has been really slow, laggy and flickery.

Using A8 on S7, LM 4.35.0

In the screenshot the white band with black outlines is the track.

@Menion - would you please analyze this carefully and fix this?! I don't want to expierence such a situation anymore. Standing in the middle of nowhere a couple of hundred kilometers away from home without a map and navigation is really annoying.
