Problem with GPS and Locus Map

Hello,
Since upgrading to Android 16 I've been having trouble with Locus Map and GPS.

When I open OrganicMaps, my phone quickly gets a fix and the little green location dot appears in the upper-right corner and remains while OrganicMaps is open.

If I switch to Locus Map (classic), the indicator appears briefly, then disappears. Locus reports "no satellites visible" and won't show my current position.

Locus has "always allow" location permission with high accuracy, and battery optimization is disabled. I haven't changed any permissions or Locus settings since before the upgrade.

Any ideas? Is there anything I can do to help diagnose the root cause?

Hello,
in the app settings > GPS, there is an option called "Google Services assisted location". Try to toggle it to the opposite value if it helps.
