refresh custom online map list

It seems that the map list is not updated when I modify the XML definition files for the custom online maps. I made several attempts, including with the example file from the help section.

list is not refreshed even after reopening on the app? Try to force-close it and re-open. If maps are still not there, verify that your new maps have a unique ID defined in the XML file.
