I do not think that "corrupted". Most probably, there is a problem related to the size of the imported data.
Because the problem is right at the start, to get at least some idea about this problem, but "log" created by this method will be necessary.

When I go to the map store the USGS John Thorn maps that I have purchased show a green check mark.  The maps that are available show the Locoins.  There aren't any updates available.  The recent updates don't seem to be compatible. I can't tell you the specific version because I can't downgrade to a previous version.

I uninstalled Locus Map.  I then installed the Google store version and it was fine. Next I installed 4.32.2.0 auto and the purchased USGS John Thorn maps show only loading.
