Hmm, you are right. Three years ago, I created this system, which always picks internally translated values and ignores values from defined TTS files. Why? 

Check the next app version and be sure, that your TTS file is in version 5+.

Problem is back ...
There might be a new Android 16 permission for location access? Or does Locus use frequent wake_locks?

What is for sure: Samsung screwed up their latest update.
Good chance there is zero Locus issue.
