Wie BRouter Profile in Locus Classic Pro anpassen?

Guten Tag zusammen,

Locus Map Classic Pro ist wirklich genial. Gerade in Kombi mit BRouter. Nun möchte ich gerne ein Gravel Routing Profil für BRouter nutzen und frage mich, wie ich dieses Profil in Licus aufnehmen kann. Und wieso nutzt Locus nicht einfach das profile2 Verzeichnis von BRouter selbst dafür?

Ok, aber auf genau DEN Ordner kann ich ja nicht zugreifen :-(. Lägen die Dateien in Media wäre es kein Problem.

Good old times... Hier leider Android 14. Da kommt man an den Ordner nicht mehr ran.

By this file explorer find Locus pro in Android data.
If not existing create the folders router > profiles2

Android > data > menion.android.locus.pro > files > router > profiles2.

In this file explorer by the 3 dot menu select new window 2
In Android menu than select split screen operation.
Open than both the explorer window 1 and window 2.
In the first window 1 find your prefered xxx .brf file.
In the second window 2 open the (empty) profiles2 folder.
Drag the xxx.brf file from window 1 into to the window 2 profiles2 folder location.

On A14 + ?  Please report succes or not.

/UPDATE: Die Profile werden in der App dann angezeigt, ich kann sie auch auswählen, aber sie  werden nicht gespeichert. Die Profile sind da, aber ich kann sie nicht nutzen - Mist!

I still barely use the Locus Pro planner.
I have now done a quick test on an A13 phone.
Add the external profile Zossebart MTB as indicated.

Then in the Brouter advanced panel
Add custom profile named (free name) "MTB Zossebart".
Choose and select in external Profiles - Zossebart MTB
I only than activated the profile MTB Zossebart.
Thus only 2 route planner profiles are shown.
Or Set Draw manually or MTB Zossebart.
I had a short test. Seem to work fine in the planner.

How do you add a custom profile? Do you chose one of the 'active profiles' and rename it? For me I chose one active profile (MTB) tried to rename it and selected the external profile. Unfortunately, the last step is not saved. What am I doing wrong?

I did it exactly that way. The mapped external profile was not saved. Unfortunately, it was automatically restored to the internal one, when leaving or switching to another profile. The Locus-internal brouter profiles are saved correct each time.

Ich habe es genau so gemacht. Das zugeordnete externe Profil wurde nicht gespeichert. Leider wurde es beim Verlassen oder beim Wechsel zu einem anderen Profil automatisch auf das interne Profil zurückgesetzt. Die Locus-internen Brouterprofile werden jedes Mal korrekt gespeichert.

No further support? Where did you get this information? The homepage stated, that both are kept in development? I would expect that at least bugs would be fixed then? And this seems to be a small bug?

I recommended the Classic Pro to several people in my biking community in the last months. I hope there would be at least some basic bug support for new android versions.
If there is a need for Beta testers with Android 14, I would support the team.

Keine weitere Unterstützung? Woher hast Du diese Information? Auf der Homepage steht, dass beide in der Entwicklung gehalten werden? Ich würde erwarten, dass dann zumindest Bugs behoben werden? Und dies scheint ja nur ein kleiner Fehler zu sein?

Ich habe das Classic Pro in den letzten Monaten mehreren Leuten in meiner Bikergemeinde empfohlen.
Ich hoffe, dass es zumindest grundlegenden Bug Support für neue Android-Versionen geben wird.

Wenn es einen Bedarf an Beta-Testern mit Android 14 gibt, könnte ich unterstützen.

Jein. LM3 wird vorerst noch gepflegt, ist aber seit Einführung von LM4 von allen Weiterentwicklungen und neuen Funktionen ausgenommen. Diese finden ausschließlich bei LM4 statt.

"Dass beide in der Entwicklung gehalten werden" stimmt also nicht und das steht m. W. auch nirgedwo so.
Dennoch sollte LM3 auch grundsätzlich unter A14 funktionieren, denn dass ist eben Pflege.
