Theme similar to Kurviger Tourer?

Hello to you, since I really like the map display from the Kurviger Tourer plus motorcycle app for motorcycling, I would also like to have a display like this in Locus map.  Unfortunately, I have absolutely no idea how to create themes myself.  Is there something similar already or could someone possibly create one?  I really appreciate your help.  greetings

For this I use Voluntary(street) or Velocity.

Both are very similar to Kurviger.
