In my opinion, Locus only having troubles when the screen turns off. Like screen timeout.

Can you check this, track recording when the screen turns off?

... I understand that there is some problem only during "screen off recording" but I do nothing in Locus when I turn off screen, really. i only check immediately if I should turn off GPS or not, and nothing more. Isn't there rather chance to download somewhere update patch for your phone? N1, as official phone from google should have full support no matter of place you live
