sync problem for user defined icons

If points are synchronised with user-defined icons, the icons are lost after cloud sync. This affects the web planner and also alternative devices. Only the default icons are synced.
This problem also occurs with points imported via KML/KMZ (e.g. map import from Google My Maps).

How can I prevent this?

this is a known limitation of the sync system, sorry.

In case you use own icons zipped in the "icons" directory, the best is to copy the icons file on your secondary devices as well manually. This is a topic we would like to look at this year.
