Can't rotate map. App version: 4.1.1

Hello!

I've been trying to get the map to rotate for what seems like hours now but can't find any info. It rotates according to compass etc but no manual rotation.

Any ideas?

Controlling -> Map Screen ->Simple multi-touch -> off
