The Winter edition of the World Maps is available

After nearly 3 years I dived into peak selection and presentation again.
Plus some more province capitals and small updates, based on the OSM database from early Dec. 2020.
The OAM backgrounds for ZL 8+ are from their autumn edition, but will be updated once their winter edition is available for all continents.
