Custom Screens no longer available?

Hello,

I'm trying to get some customs screens from this forum to work. I copied their .zip's into Locus/data/customScreen/ and started Locus: nothing about custom screens. 

There are no forum discussions and documentation from recent years... And since dashboards exists, it would probably be too much work to keep two very similar functions bug-free...

...Has this function been abandoned?

Hello,
the dashboard is no-one feature that should completely replace custom screens. Unfortunately, there still miss a few steps that aren't possible in the dashboard, so custom screens are still in app and should still work.

Which custom screen does not work for you?

I found it was my ignorance: overlooked the button to activate Custom Screens, and did not find it in the manual. Maybe you could you add a sentence or two to the manual and on the instructions page?

And mention that to select a custom screen one has to activate one and then go through the top-right menu.

Selecting CSs is too unobvious, IMO:
Tap-holding on the dashboard sidebar button has a "select dashboard" (*) item. This would be useful for the custom screen button, too.
The dashboard button on the 'more fuctions' page opens the list of dashboards. The custom screen button activates the CS. Having the list here, too would be more useful, and the UI more consistent.
What do you think?

thanks for suggestions, but to be true, I've quite surprised that custom screens still work and it's only a matter of time, they will be completely removed from the application. So any improvements here are really not planned. Thanks for understanding.
