Map design

While recording new path white zones appear that hide map " below".those white zones are delimitted as follows : the path being presently recorded and a line joining starting point and reached point.
That did not occur some months ago. Can somebody explain and solve ?

The white zones disappear ie full detailed map "comes back" as soon finish recorded path has been registered.
