Locus at boot

Is there a reason why locus is loaded at boot time?

Hello,
only a tiny part is loaded, not whole Locus system. It's because Locus needs to check if any auto-backup is awaiting and also setup timer for next planned autobackup feature. Locus anyway do nothing and system should kill this instance as soon as needed.
