Download rate and progress incorrect

I use "locus actions" in order to download maps and themes. It seems that with version 3.3.1 the display of the download rate and progress are incorrect.



That's what I get:
- a very low download rate in kB (and not MB)
- a fix progress of 0 %

But the download itself works (which means that a map could be downloaded successfully).

Ah sorry Klaus, my issue of course. I've changed a little bit connection manager for downloading (to support redirects and fix some issue) and this happen. Issue found and fixed.
