Hi,

Locos Pro downloaded >700MB in just 3 hours an crashed my Data Limit.
Application was in running in background, and i was just sitting on my working desk.
Used Online Map "OSM Cyclo". Was an Locus Free user, buyed Locus Pro one Day before.
Never had such a Problem - What happened?

Hi,
this should happen only when you download some online map into offline. There is no other possibility ...

Edit: also count that osm cyclo maps are really huge. Against other OSM maps, they're almost twice as big

I had a similar problem, beccause I didn´t notice that my wlan router was switched off and the phones wlan switched back to UMTS. So my question: Is it possible to implement a configurable limit for UMTS/HSDPA/3G, maybe with the question after reaching this limit to accept next "my limit"MB download?
-use UMTS limit = yes/no
-Limit = xxxMB (whatever the user defines)

If  WiFi is not available, but you have a huge data limit...?
I this case I would propose, not to change anything and I should observe it a bit more.  :)

You can also use a program like 3G Watchdog to limit data usage.

or perhaps using the "Data Saver", which was activated to load updates from Market only with WiFi. (queuing)
