Online tracking - track when no GPS

Online tracking is GREAT.
BUT if GPS signal is lost (or i.e. Bluetooth gps dongle disconnects), Locus stops sending ANY data about tracking, although there are informations from GSM cells, and WIFI (mac addr) locations. They are not so precise (from 3000m to about 20m for wifi), but for tough situations (lost/damaged/jammed GPS) it would be nice if Locus had still sent information, but set a flag like "no_gps" to "1".
