import of .txt file as poi

Hi all,
 I had trouble importing poi from textfile. Which structure is neccessary to produce a supported format. i.e header or no header.  which order for Lat, Long, Atributes , what is the recommended texteditor to get real clean file?
Yesterday my solution was fiddeling a textfile together, converted it with GPS Babel to KML. What did I wrong?
 Structure was North and East in decdegree plus a names collum delimmited with (,t) created with notepad++ saved as .txt 204  entries long, no header.

There are lot of different plain coordinate *.txt-formats. (You can see also in GPSbabel)

It's not the problem to convert it with Gps Babel.I thought Locus woul be able to deal directly with *.txt or *.dat.

this tells me more or less that Locus can deal with *.txt or similar or do I understand it wrong?
But while trying to import it says ' unsupported format.
