Yesterday I suddenly lost all my Vectormaps and also some other data.
AFter redownloading all vector files, locus was working again.

LOCUS reported a second main directry not on extsd-card?

Today the same behavier.
Restarting sometimes cures the effect.
Reinstalling Locus was ok, but the problem comes back ??
It happens on my Note 10.2 but not with my S3mini

Locus doesn't loses maps  :)

Move all maps from intern to the extern sdcard Locus dir and delete intern Locus dir.

You may have a malfunctioning sdcard?

silber, check mainly Locus > menu > Information > first tab, there is list of all directories that Locus may use. Usually there should be only one! but in case of any accident, there should be more then one

Seems you didn't, otherwise you would know.
When you buy a smartphone/tablet it has the stock ROM installed. Later you can install other ROMs if you like e.g. CyanogenMod. Maybe you search the internet to get more info on this topic if you like.
