Hi,

is there already a guideline to move locus to a new phone?

Which directories I need to copy from the old to the new phone to keep my data?

I have identified so far:

- mapsVector
- data

but not sure whether I should copy everything what is inside "data"

Best regards,

Hi,
  I think that best is
backup whole Locus directory!
copy whole Locus directory except "cache" to new phone
install & start - should work without problems

Is this really sufficient?
What about all the individual settings?
I think they are stored in the regular backup (if activated) and need to be restored on the new phone.

If the location of backup is ..Locus/backup (default),
the backups are also included in this package (if you need)

I didn't mean that the data isn't available but only that settings don't get restored by the proposed prodecure of only copying the data to the new phone.

you're of course right tommi. All settings are stored in android internal database so they'll not be coppied and restored by simply moving directory. If there is need for complete restore together with most settings, it's suggested to do backup (in settings > misc, or in backup manager) in Locus and then restore it in new installation.
