Minor improvement for POI editing

is it possible to change one thing in the POI edit page?
At least for me it would be a bit easier, if the description with its code would moved to the bottom within the edit page. If you want to add a picture to a point you dont´t have to scroll down so much...

just I'm still playing with idea, to make little bit different improvements

add to this edit dialog tabs. First just basics, name, desc, address, coordinates. Second attachements, so photos, some files, media? ... Third some specials, tag, some extra features ... all this can now new database system handle. It's prepared on this
