Hi,

Crying out for help. :-(

I'm not sure what happened, but for some reason all my tracks and points (and vector maps) has disappeared. :-(

I've rescued file from SD card called "dbtracks.sqll.back", which is about 1MB in size. I assume this is backup. But when I put it instead of dbtracks.sqll and start Locus, it is moved back to .back and new dbtracks.sqll 16KB is created.

Please help me recover my tracks and points (temporary.sqll).

Just got back from vacation where recorded a lot of stuff and now this.

I have a paid version. :-(

Phone: Samsung Galaxy S2
Locus Pro 1.13.3

Hello Roman,
I'm sorry that this happen. I'm not much experienced with recovering data from card. What is main problem? Your card was damaged?

Hi,

Not yet sure if this was card fault. Card is ok, and everything else is fine.

My question is: would it be possible to restore information from dbtracks.sqll.back ? When I rename it to dbtracks.sqll and try to open it through SQLite Manager for Firefox, I get "NS_ERROR_FILE_CORRUPTED" error (either the file is encrypted or corrupt).

Maybe there is some other steps that must be performed on dbtracks.sqll.back before opening it?

Thanks.

hmm I'm really not familiar with restoring data from corrupted database. Anyone with some experience that should be helpful?
