Rotate map not drawn completely

It seems that not all of the map is drawn when I switch the "rotate map" option on. See attached screenshot. (The area is covered by the map, I checked that).

Same problem, too. To me, it seems that there are several problems since version 1.11 oder 1.12.

Is it possible to download older versions?
