Can not open UTF-8 encoded GPX files.

I think Locus doesn't support 'UTF-8 with signature(with BOM)' encoded GPX files.
But, 'UTF-8 without signature' encoded GPX files are ok.

Would you fix this problem?

New version also had this problem.
I'd attached sample files. Please check these files.

One is Locus can open/read 'UTF-8 without BOM', Another one is 'UTF-8 with BOM' which can't open.

You can reference BOM informations at //http://www.w3.org/TR/2000/REC-xml-20001006.html#sec-guessing-no-ext-info
