Hi, Just today the app started crashing when I open route planner. I'm using a Kyocera Duraforce Pro with Android 7.1.2

Thanks

Hello Sonny,
we had noticed this random crash a few days ago as well. I'm not sure why this happens, but it was caused by one of the app library. With some changes, the crash seems no longer to happen so it should already work correctly in the Beta version. A new bug-fix will be published next week. Sorry for trouble.

Menion ,  I just installed the latest update from Google play but unfortunately that didn't resolve the issue.
I also tried clearing the cache as well as restoring to my previous backup that I performed on 5/19/22.
During that time everything was working fine.
When I attempt to open route planning it immediately closes the app.
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

The phone with the issue is one I only use for GPS.
My main cell phone is also an Android that I have Locus on.
I just backed up my main phone and did a restore the the phone with the issue.
All works now. Not sure where the glitch was but it appears to be gone.

Thanks

Ah sorry, I was not fast enough to react here. And meanwhile, you made so drastical solution.

So now all works, fine. Hope it won't happen again. Otherwise, feel free to bombard me over PM or help desk if I won't react for a day or more ...

Ok great, I'll keep PM in mind should I have another issue.
When I originally had this issue I used the option to report the issue through the app but didn't receive a response, so I posted it here.
I reported through the app again after the update was unsuccessful.

Thanks
