I have purchased and used the FieldNotes Pro Add-on for quite a long time. As of today I suddenly only have the basic version of the addon and locus store tells me to purchase the pro version anew. Does anybody know what could be happening?

I searched the forum for "Field Notes Pro" and scanned the help desk page as you suggested. I could not find an answer for my problem.

EDIT: you must be logged in locus store with identically email adress as you was logged in while you purchased it!
Login to store, click top right button/My history/Purchases/there you will find "FieldNotes Add-on Unlocker"

I have no idea why the search did not find the post in the German forum, which i really could have understood ;)

After having found out which of my mail adresses I orignally used for the store, field notes pro now works again.
